Sometimes I wonder if I’m a little bit country. I grew up in the suburbs and I’ve only ever lived in big cities since, but every once in a while I day dream about living off the fat of the land and being one with nature 😉 I’ll admit, it really started a few years ago when I read Anne of Green Gables for the first time. Anne makes it sound so magical to revel in the beauty of God’s creations! During the months that I read those books all I wanted to do was lie down in a field of wild flowers and watch the clouds drift by. What a simple, unproblematical life to lead. Whenever I wear this blue mini window pane top I feel a strong desire to bake a pie or do something else equally wholesome.
Sigh, but then I remind myself that you can take the girl out of the city but you can’t take the city out of the girl. I’m wearing 5″ stiletto heels under this maxi skirt.
